| Joining Re/Max in 1986 was the best thing I did for my career. After 20 years in the business I have received many blessings with the buyers and sellers that I have been able to help. Many have become part of my life as good friends. I have the GRI,CRS designations and have been a 100% agent since 1988. I am from Atlanta, attended North Georgia college and the University of Georgia. Living in Santa Barbara, Ca., Los Alamos, NM and Albuquerque, NM has given me appreciation for different cultures. Buyers and sellers have the same desires and needs and I am so rewarded when I can help reach their goals. I am an associate broker owner of Re/Max Alliance, Realtors. Working with many buyers, I think one of the most important things an agent can do is ........ LISTEN.....LISTEN......LISTEN. I have helped many buyers find homes that suit their needs and is within their financial boundries.Having the buyer provide a loan letter showing the ability to buy is the first step.This allows the seller to know that the buyer is serious about purchasing a property. I go step by step with the process so that buyer feels comfortable that they have been informed . I make sure that the buyer understands the market, the fees with closing, cover any and all inspections, repairs, appraisal and the whole title process. I sell homes in Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, Corrales and Placitas. I have worked with many corporate relocations, both w/buyers and sellers.
